Our collab beer will be available on tap and in cans and is an “Innovation Ale” brewed with Centennial, Cascade, and Citra hops.
All funds from the art auction, merch, donations, and 10% sales from the collab beer benefit the Carrie Fischer Siegmund Grant, an annual award that goes to a local educator in the Athens area who seeks to inspire through innovative, interdisciplinary, and meaningful learning that results in a long-lasting impact on students.
The fund was started by her colleagues, friends, and family to memorialize her career in education after Carrie lost her battle with cancer in 2021.
