Joy
In celebration of Black History Month, Joy honors Joy Village School, the only private school in Athens that centers Black joy and thriving. Research shows that giving children a strong sense of cultural identity at a young age has many long-term benefits. Building on that, the school is designed to be a learning environment of cultural safety and affirmation where Black children can learn and grow joyfully.
