Alt Take
Alt Take is a collaboration beer with Athens Resontes for the second annual Normaltown Music Festival on April 27th, 2024.
Alt Take is a light, easy-drinking Czech Pale Lager, true to the traditional Czech style as a sessoinable beer-tasting-beer. This brew has a soft, clean mouthfeel, while the European malt and Saaz hops complement each other perfectly. Good lagers take time, but great lagers take time and love. After waiting several months, we were stoked to get this batch out of the tank and into a glass. Or multiple glasses, because you’ll put away 3 without even realizing it.

Athens Resonates is an organization comprised of (mostly) Athens, GA based creative businesses who have come together to raise money and awareness for Nuci’s Space and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Athens Music Makers program. Athens Resonates raises money by recording bands live to 1/2″ 2-track tape in the studio and pressing two of the songs to a 7″ record for sale in our store. Each of the records is pressed in a constantly changing blend of color so just like the recording, they’re an unrepeatable moment in time.
