Akademia’s Brewer’s Brunch is an Imperial Brown Ale that reminds you of that perfect bite of breakfast pancakes on a Saturday morning. Bright strawberries are at the forefront, followed by sweet maple syrup and vanilla while roasted flavors of sweet chocolate and espresso round it out. It’s easy to enjoy alongside its other half made by Athentic, just by itself, or to pair with breakfast (we don’t judge).
