Electrum
The beautiful thing about beer is that there’s one for everyone. This Amber Ale, Electrum, is a beer for one of the co-owners, Mark. He loves easy drinking malty beers, and this recipe comes from his homebrewing days. Caramel malt and flaked oats provide body and toffee notes, while Falconer Flight, a blend of “C” hops, adds a touch of fruit.
