Rapid Recovery
This blonde ale was one of our very first brewed at 108 Park Ave, and has come a long way from a garage home brew. It’s made with blossoms from the famous Kudzu plant, which gained notoriety as the “Vine that ate the South.” But back where the plant is native in Japan, the Japanese have used kudzu root as a hangover cure for well over 2 centuries. This blonde ale is like no other with hints of dates, honey, and plum.
Fun Fact: what makes this beer even more special is that Kudzu Brewing Company was the original name when Paul and Mark were homebrewing!
