Scoots is bright, slightly sweet and perfectly pineapple and is lovingly named after the absolute gem herself, Alli. Alli’s childhood nickname was ‘Scoot’, so we thought it would be fitting to name this lovely and bubbly beer after the most lovely and bubbly person we know.
Alli works as the Assistant Taproom Manager but also as everyone’s Mom with her Mary Poppins bag of anything and everything you could ever need. Alli is the ‘Treat Lady’ to any dog that comes near Athentic and is a walking encyclopedia of all things Disney. She works damn hard to make Athentic Brewery the best place in town. On many days, you will find Alli as the sweet face behind the bar giving you some rad beer recommendations.
