EVENT INFORMATION

Please provide as much detail as possible with the following questions. Our goal is to provide the right experience for your group.

Please provide a brief description of your event (There are more detailed questions later) *

Please choose a privacy preference for your event. *

Fully private (Brewery is closed to the public during your event. Consider for large events or groups of 100 people or more.)
Front lounge and/or patio event (Brewery is open to the public. Your group would occupy our small event space. Consider for groups of 10-100.)
Not private (Brewery is open to the public. Your group would be among regular brewery patrons.)

How many people are you expecting in your group? *

How many are of drinking age (21+)? *

Please choose one of the following types of drinking experience you are interested in. *

You and your guests would open their own tabs at the bar.
Beer tickets (Pre-purchase drink tickets for your guests. Once they’re used up, guests can open their own tab.)
Open bar tab (Pre-pay for a certain dollar amount for your guest's bar tab. Once the cap is hit, host can extend the tab or guest can open their own tabs.)

Are you providing food for your group?

EVENT DATE AND TIME PREFERENCES

Please provide up to 3 possible date and time preferences in order of priority. Please list the time your would like your event to begin. We will work in set up and clean up times on our end.

Please be aware that we prefer to operate between 4 and 8 weeks in advance in order to be able to secure a time slot for your event.
