Thank you for considering us for your event at Athentic. After you fill out this request form, we will be in touch with you regarding your event. If you need to contact us regarding an existing event request, please email us at events@athenticbrewing.com.

EVENT INFORMATION

Please provide as much detail as possible with the following questions. Our goal is to provide the right experience for your group.

We can provide recommendations for catering!
Please note, glitter is unfortunately not allowed.
Please select the type of tablecloth you'd like for the tables

EVENT DATE AND TIME PREFERENCES

Please provide up to 3 possible date and time preferences in order of priority. Please list the time your would like your event to begin. We will work in set up and clean up times on our end.

Please be aware that we prefer to operate between 4 and 8 weeks in advance in order to be able to secure a time slot for your event.

ADDITIONAL REQUESTS

Please use the below section to provide any details about your event that were not covered earlier in the form.

Cleaning Expectations:

  • 30 minutes for clean-up at end of the event.
  • Removing all personal items
  • Placing all trash in trash receptacles
  • Placing Athentic glassware in bus tubs.
  • Notifying staff immediately of any spills, major messes or broken glassware that needs immediate attention.
  • Any broken glassware must be cleaned up by the staff
