Beer and books, we are a place of multiple passions. From the creative mind of Stephen King came Graf; his beer and apple cider creation from the Dark Tower series. We made a trip to Mercier Orchards to pick-up fresh pressed cider to ferment with a special beer in order to make a hybrid that is simply refreshing with a delicate candied apple presence.
